It was love at first sight. The Palace had the perfect balance of exceptional quality, local character and a deep connection to nature, all it was missing was an identity to bring it together.

Luxurious boutique hotel based in XIVth century renovated summer Palace. Located in the middle of Landscape Park, surrounded by beautiful garden with a pond. The hotel’s restaurant serve house made cheeses, bread and spreads, as well as fine dining plates based on local products and local wine. With this project we got inpspired by very local herbs, and colonnial fresks that were discovered on the original walls.

Making a palace feel special is all about the details. Door hangers, bespoke florals attached to room keys, and welcome packs for guests brought the experience to life.

Complete with a guide to the palace and its surroundings, a hand-drawn map and postcards. Everything printed on raw, natural paper, keeping the experience as close to nature as the place itself.

We made drawigns based on what you can find in the garden. And used it throughout different printed matters using calque to reference old herbarium scrapbooks.

packaging

We designed packaging for in-house made products, marmolades, spreads, oils and cheese following the same formula.
